The Little Scientist’s Apron

These beautiful children’s aprons are a great addition to any little scientist’s collections of kit. Your child will love the fun scientific  designs and you will love how well they protect their clothes.

These aprons are made from 100% cotton which makes them easier to wash and more comfortable than oil cloth aprons. The metal poppers allow them to be put on or taken off quickly and easily and they can be adjusted as your little scientist grows.

The aprons are made by The Elf, the Wolf and the Bear: Children’s clothing  designed for living all your adventures and dreams in.

Each one has a different scientific design, each inspired by a particular scientist. Along with your apron you will get a fun fact sheet telling your child about the scientist who inspired their apron.

Dinosaur – Mary Anning was one of the first paleontologists who made many discoveries about dinosaurs.

Pulsar – Jocelyn Bell Burnell who discovered a type of star that spins very fast and shines out lots of radiation.

DNA – Rosalind Franklin who used X-rays to help discover the helix shape of DNA.

Radiation – Marie Curie who studied radiation and discovered two new elements.

Earth – Ing Lehman who discovered that the Earth has a solid core.

As these are handmade to order they will be shipped within 5 working days. 

The length of the aprons is between 80cm and 87cm depending on how you adjust them.

Returns policy

1. 1. If the goods are faulty we will offer a full refund including postage. We will ask you to return the faulty goods but will refund the cost of the return.
   2. If you have changed your mind about your purchase for any other reason, please return your goods within 14 days, unworn and in a re-saleable condition, and we will offer an exchange or a full refund (excluding the cost of return).
   3. Please contact info@letterboxlab.com to arrange your return and refund. Please email before returning goods, letting us know you are doing so. 
   4. We can only accept returned items that have not been washed or altered. We highly recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning your goods.
   5. We are sorry but we cannot accept any liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transport.
